Students have been trained by the organisation providing them with vocational training, skill trades and job opportunities according to their skill sets. Skill based program have also been organized for disabled children. Few of the programs include Life skill training for Disable children under SSAM, Gram Kamdar Kalyan Kendra, Kaushal Vikas Kendra. Educating girls and women is an integral part of our developmental activities since empowering them will lead to the development of the society as a whole.

Impact
- 4000 adolescent girls have been given life skill training.
- 1000 youths have been provided with vocational training.
- 1600 students in Maharashtra and Gujarat have been successfully placed at various skill based jobs through Kaushal Vikas Kendra Centre.
- 350 SHGs comprising about 4200 members have been mobilized and linked with various income generation activities.
