Quality Education for All
Primary education in India has grown substantially since Government and various NGOs and enterprises have taken lots of initiative which can be seen. Even though there has been expansion quantitatively but qualitatively, it needs a boost up. The education system still lacks in quality and this is where, the organization is working towards it to fulfil the requisite gap.
In our working areas, it was generally seen that the schools and Anganwadis lacked proper infrastructure and the children were not interested in going schools. The dropout rates were more and it could be seen hampering the future generations of the community.
Navrachna Trust has taken some initiatives at the village level for government primary schools. BALA Model development at school was a part of that. The main objective of this initiative is to raise interest in children by the means of entertainment and visual appeal. In the schools, the BALA painting was done. The BALA painting stimulates the curiosity among children to learn and remember easily.

The colourful walls and pictorial learning method are attracting more children towards school than before. It is no longer a boredom for them to seat in the classroom of school which was dark and boring earlier.
It successfully broke government school’s stereotypical set up of class room and promoted healthy learning environment in schools. The children are now gaining knowledge along with the games which is enhancing their intellectual capabilities. The activity based learning approach stimulates the mind which helps the students retain their learning capabilities as well.
